Local writing tools
Project direction, paragraph notes, source records and word plans use this browser's local storage. They are separate from your account and are not transmitted by the general contact form. Storage is not an encrypted vault; other people using this browser profile may be able to read it.
Submitted details
Account creation stores your name, email, salted password hash and creation time. Enquiries store the name, email, service selection, topic, reference and message you submit, with a submission time and processing status. Signed-in enquiries are associated with that account.
Sessions and protection
An HTTP-only session cookie maintains sign-in for up to seven days. Short-lived hashed request identifiers support rate limiting. Account access controls restrict enquiries and agreed invoices to their associated user.
Payments
The payment provider handles card information. This site stores assigned invoice details, account association, provider session references and confirmation status. It does not collect card numbers in its own forms.
Purpose and retention
Submitted data supports account access, responses to your enquiries and administration of agreed services. Retention depends on the enquiry and any service or record-keeping requirements. Use the contact form with a relevant reference to ask about access, correction or deletion.
Your choices
You can export or clear the local notebook at any time. Exports are readable text. No advertising trackers, external analytics or third-party fonts are included. Do not submit full assignments, confidential research or sensitive personal information in a general enquiry.
